Size 6 × 6 cm, at 204 pieces per m². Sold by the m² or as sheets pre-mounted on mesh, which speeds up installation over large areas (facades, shower floors, washbasin tops).
Both. Outdoors, use a C2 S1 adhesive mortar and a frost-resistant grout. Indoors (shower, bathroom), use a water-repellent adhesive and a silicone seal at wet junctions.
A tessera is the individual unit of a mosaic, in other words a small tile. The 6×6 cm size sits in between — finer than a standard tile, larger than traditional 1×1 or 2×2 cm mosaic. Ideal for large areas without too many grout lines.
