Anatomy of a pilaster
- Pilaster capital (top) — crowns the pilaster and defines its style (PG1 to PG5, GKP 1 to 3 and more).
- Pilaster shaft (centre) — rectangular or fluted element that structures the vertical bay (PR1 to PR4).
- Pilaster base (bottom) — provides visual stability and finishes elegantly at plinth level (PB1 to PB5).
Available styles
Our pilasters draw on the classical orders : capitals with volutes and floral motifs (PG4) echoing the Ionic order, capitals with pared-down mouldings (PG1) closer to the Doric, and neoclassical capitals with sculpted motifs (PG5).
Pilaster shafts are available in smooth or grooved versions (up to 4 vertical grooves) for a subtle or more pronounced relief effect.
Installation and fixing
Bonding with a special exterior adhesive sealant + hammer-in anchors for bulky elements. Pilasters are usually installed at the corners of the façade, framing a front door, or to give rhythm to a large wall surface.

Yes, for a complete classical result: capital at the top, shaft in the middle, base at the foot. Each element is sold separately so that the style and height can be adapted.
Scrolled capital (PG4) = Ionic style for a townhouse. Plain capital (PG1) = understated Doric, for a contemporary home. Neoclassical (PG5) = prestige villa or private mansion.
