The facade is the first impression your home makes. Exterior decorative elements give it character and personality, while adding to its value.
Decorative Facade Elements
Cornices
Fitted just below the roofline, they create an elegant transition between the wall and the roof. They also shield the facade from the weather.
Window Surrounds
These mouldings around the openings add depth and bring out every window. Several styles are available: classic, rustic, modern.
Modillions
These small decorative elements set beneath the cornices add rhythm and character to the facade.
Window Sills
Decorative and functional at once, they protect the wall below the window and give you a ledge for flowers.
String Courses
These horizontal lines break up the facade and create a structuring visual effect.
Materials for Outdoor Use
Expanded Polystyrene (EPS)
Lightweight, affordable, easy to fit. Requires a protective render.
Polyurethane (PU)
More hard-wearing, pre-coated, ready to paint. Ideal for exposed areas.
Lightweight Concrete
Extremely hard-wearing, with an authentic look. Heavier, so it calls for robust fixing.
Reconstituted Stone
The most refined option. Maximum durability, traditional appearance.
