Three decorative families

• Quoins — decorative elements at the corners of a building, laid flush or toothed.
• Rustication — an ornamental projection creating a play of light and shadow — ashlar stone effect.
• 3D facade panels — decorative wall panels with a modern relief (PS collections).
• Borders for 3D panels — perimeter trims for 3D panels.

Why fit quoins ?

Historically, quoining referred to the join between two walls built in ashlar (a stronger material), while the rest of the facade used less costly materials. Today, quoins in reconstituted stone or in EPS + PU are purely decorative, fixed to the corners to recreate that classical style.

Installation

Bonded with special exterior adhesive sealant, plus additional plug fixings for bulky pieces. Quoins are laid either flush (elements stacked in a straight column) or toothed (projection and setback alternating from one storey to the next).
