Which uses is an arch right for?

Headboard — the arch frames the bed and creates a "canopy" effect with no joinery. Ideal height 200–250 cm for a standard bed.

Niche or alcove — highlights an area with mouldings, shelves or a central artwork. Height 180–220 cm depending on depth.

Children's bedroom — marks out a reading nook or a play area. Animal, jungle, space and princess patterns.

Living room or hallway feature wall — a graphic focal point without papering the whole wall. Quick to hang, and easy to remove without damage in the self-adhesive version.

Technical specifications

  • Size — fixed depending on the model (usually 130 × 250 cm for Rauv arches) or made to measure by the m² depending on the supplier.
  • Substrate — 150 g/m² non-woven as standard, 340 g/m² vinyl on some models for damp rooms.
  • Printing — water-based HP Latex ink, odourless once dry, EU Ecolabel.
  • Hanging — standard non-woven paste, with a repositionable self-adhesive version available on selected references.

Fixed-format arches usually measure 130 × 250 cm (width × height), suited to a standard headboard or a medium-sized alcove. On the models sold by the m², you can customise up to 1000 × 600 cm depending on the supplier.
Yes — the arch shape is supplied flat and you simply follow the outline when hanging it. On non-woven: paste the wall (the standard method). On self-adhesive: peel and stick. Ideal for smooth plaster walls and matt paint finishes.
On the models sold by the m², the height can be adjusted in the calculator. On ready-made arches, the height is fixed (typically 250 cm). Check the exact dimensions on the product page before ordering.
A specific non-woven paste (paste the wall, no soaking of the paper). The calculator shows the quantity needed for the surface area. For self-adhesive versions, no paste is required.
